インターン修了

昨日、約3ヶ月のITA,inc.でのインターンが修了致しました。
自分にとって初めての地”アメリカ”は、全てが新鮮で、何事も日本との比較を余儀なくされ、直面した事柄を咀嚼するに費やした思考の過程は本当に貴重な経験となりました。

しかしそれだけでなく、「米人と共に働く」という経験は、社会人と働く経験もなく、尚且つ海外で働く経験もなかった私にとって、初めて海に飛び込んだ時のようで、夢中でもがく3ヶ月となりました。

そのため、正直この3ヶ月社会人に混ざり業務に当たらせていただく中、かなり苦労しました。曲がりなりにも社会人として働く中、今まで社会の中でお客さんとして生きてきた私の考え方を、根本から再構築する必要があったのです。しかし、私にとってこのパラダイムチェンジこそITAで発掘された宝かもしれず、本当に貴重な経験となりました。

3ヶ月もの間ITAにインターン生として参加することができてよかったです。長いようで短い時間でしたが、インターン生として受け入れ、また様々なプランをアレンジしてくださった岸岡社長には本当に感謝しております。またそれだけでなく、様々な仕事場でお世話になった方々、親しくなれた友達のおかげでアメリカでの時間は本当に宝物になりました。Facebook上ですとあまり伝わりませんが、皆さん本当にありがとうございました。

最後になりますが、アメリカで心身ともに充実した生活を送る事ができたのは、本当に息子のように可愛がってくださった大塚さんのおかげです。本当にありがとうございました！

Yesterday, I've completed internship in ITA,inc. for approximately 3 months. All experiences in land of America were fresh and became precious time because of the process of being forced to compare all things in America and Japan, and understanding what I faced.

But the internship in America was not only that, the experiences worked with American worker gave me novel experience like the moment I jumped into the sea at the first time. Because I had no experience to work in business field and worked in foreign country.

Honestly, I had a hard time to work in such a situation. I needed to rebuild my way of thinking as a customer in the society from the roots. But actually, the paradigm change may be unearthed treasure at ITA and the struggle became literally treasure for me.

I'm so happy to join ITA,inc. as an internship member. Although the term of 3 months feels like it's been a while, but it could have been a short while. I'm very grateful to Shin-San for accepting me and arranged various plans for me. Furthermore, thanks to coworker in various fields and nice friends. My stay of America became literally treasure. Thank you so much.

Lastly, the reason why I could spend healthy life of both mental and body, is Otsuka-San.
She taking care of me as her son. I'm so happy I have stayed your house as your son.lol
